LOTUS IS RECRUITING FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER OR SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

  • Account manager or senior account manager
  • Salary subject to experience
  • London (flexibility would be offered to the right candidate)
  • Full time (scope for part-time a/o flexible hours)

 

Description:

Based in central London, LOTUS, part of W Communications, is an award-winning agency; recognised as a force in the travel sector. Representing a broad range of public and private sector travel clients, LOTUS is looking for an experienced PR account manager or senior account manager with corporate PR experience to join the team.

The applicants should be confident communicators with a proven track record of success and be well-equipped to work in a fast-paced cross-agency environment. They should have a nose for news and know how to generate impressive return-on-investment for clients across the ever-changing media landscape (print, digital and broadcast).

They should have excellent written and communication skills and know what makes a strong news angle with a strong background of PR placement.

 

Skills & Attributes:

  • A strategic thinker and excellent communicator
  • Experience in managing C-suite comms
  • In-depth understanding of the news agenda and ability to influence this to the client's benefit
  • Editor level contact with news desks, picture desks and broadcast platforms in the UK and preferably globally
  • Experience in reputation & crisis management
  • Organisational skills and client-facing expertise
  • Strong commercial acumen
