On behalf of Spain and its islands, LOTUS is managing a range of World Travel Market events for media and the wider travel industry. With a range of press conferences, presentations, events and interview options, there are multiple opportunities for travel media, as well as travel bloggers and the travel trade with Spain and its islands.

PALMA TOURIST BOARD

Palma Tourism Board will be hosting a WTM roundtable presentation and discussion outlining Palma's efforts to resume international tourism post-pandemic. The discussion will include the city’s responsible tourism strategy aimed at building back better in 2022 and beyond.

THE REGION OF VALENCIA · Stand EU750
- Meeting opportunities
The representatives of Valencia and the Valencia Region will be at the show to update travel industry colleagues and media on the latest developments from the city from a tourism perspective, as well as plans for tourism recovery.
A key focus will be the city’s longstanding design legacy as Valencia becomes World Design Capital for 2022, as designated by the World Design Organisation (WDO). Valencia’s strategic positioning on the Spanish coast, as well as its well-established design expertise means it promises to deliver a programme that reflects its aspirations and commitment at local, regional, national and international levels. The City of Arts and Sciences is emblematic of Valencia and is one of the most important modern tourist destinations in Spain.
